Put 3 burden counters on enchanted creature. It gains unburden 3. (At the beginning of your upkeep, remove one burden counter from this. Then if
it has no burden counters on it, it gets +3/+3.)
As long as enchanted creature has a burden counter on it, it can't attack or block and its activated abilities can't be activated.
