When you cast Burn the Heretics !, sacrifice all
non-white and non-artifact permanents you control. Burn the Heretics ! then deals 2 damage
to every non-white and non-artifact creatures,
and 2 damage to every opponent for every creature damaged that way. Then, put a +1/+1 counter on every Human creature you control for every creature dealt lethal damage by Burn the Heretics!
