Burn to waste

You cannot cast a legendary sorcery unless
a legendary creature you control is in play.
Destroy all the lands an opponent controls,
they can then search their library for 2 basic
land cards. Then play those lands.
This spell cannot be countered.
The Rakdos firemages are not fun to mess
with, then again your normally not living
when you realize that.
