This spell causes an arc of flame to leap from your fingers, burning a number of enemies nearby. It deals 1d6 points of fire damage per caster level (maximum 10d6). Each additional target takes half (rounded down) (DC drops by
2 each target). At 9th level, it deals 9d6 to the primary, then 4d6 to the secondary and 2d6
to the final target.
