At the beginning of your upkeep add a burn counter to this card (this card enters the battlefield with one burn counter)
On your end step if this card has 3 burn counters chosen player takes their life total in damage and
each opponent takes
the same damage divided by the amount of opponents.
If there are more than 3 burn counters the effect still triggers but you become the chosen player
