Burning Mana

All player loose 2 lifes for each mana he/she
adds mana to his/her pool from others
permanents that aren`t lands
If a player adds 3 or more mana to his/her mana
pool from others permanents that aren`t lands in
one turn then that playaer looses 3 lifes instead of
2, this count restarts each turn
