Equipped creature gets +1/+1 and has haste.
Whenever equipped creature deals combat
damage to a creature, that creature gets a burn
counter that has "At the beginning of your
upkeep, this burn counter deals 1 damage to
you."
When Burning Needle leaves the battlefield,
remove all burn counters from al creatures.
