Burning Port Drifter

At the beginning of combat on your turn, any opponent may pay any amount of mana. If they do, the player who pays the highest amount of mana may have this creature attack a player of their choice if able.
Whenever Burning Port Drifter attacks, the defending player discards a card at random.
I don't care who I steal from, as long as I get paid.
