Burning Vengeance

When: Your opponenent's Shooting phase,
just after enemy unit resolved attacks.
Target: One Transport selected as
the target of the attacks.
Effect: One unit embarked within that Transport
can disembark and can then shoot
at the enemy that shot the Transport
and the enemy has to be an eligible target.
