Burnished Construct

When Burnished Construct enters the battlefield or attacks, each player draws a
card. If any player controls three or more artifacts, instead that player scrys 2, then
draws a card.
"Good boy! Bring the gear... No! Not to him, to
me! Grrr... Why doesn't he listen to me?"
