+1: Target creature with no Burn ability gains a 1 Mana Burn ability.
-2: Target creature you don't control takes X damage, X being the number of creatures with Burn you control.
-9: You get an Emblem with "When activating a creature's Burn abilities, it gains twice as much power". All creatures without Burn take 5 damage.
