At the beginning of your upkeep, put a blaze counter on Burnscar, Surrendered to Fire.
{r}{r}, {t}: Burnscar deals X damage to target creature or player, and deals X damage to Burnscar's controller, where X is the number of blaze counters on Burnscar.
{r}{r}{r}: Return Burnscar to its owner's hand.
