Burst Epiphany

Choose any target, then scry X, where X is the
number of instants and sorcery cards you own in
exile. Reveal the top card of your library. Burst
Epiphany deals damage equal to the revealed
card's converted mana cost to the chosen target
and you draw a card.
Whenever you cast a spell from exile, if Burst Epiphany is exiled, put it into your graveyard.
