You may only cast this card if Toad the Brakevan is
on the battlefield and before the attack phase of your turn.

Remove Toad the Brakevan from its equipped card, and turn it into an artifact creature that is a 2/2 and goaded. All cards equipped to the same card as Toad are now equipped to Toad. At the end of the attack phase, remove half of the equipped cards.
