When enchanted creature dies, exile it beneath
Butcher and re-enchant Butcher to the creature
that damaged it or a creature controlled by the
player who destroyed it.
Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 for each creature
exiled beneath it; must attack each turn if able;
and all the abilities of the exiled creatures.
