Buying A Spellbook

Discard a card for each effect you use:
• Search through your library for a non-land spell. Put it into your hand then shuffle.
• Copy target spell your opponent is casting, you may choose new targets for it.
• Exile target instant or sorcery from your graveyard you may cast it for no mana cost.
