Byrgenwerth’s Warning

Each opponent may pay {2} or exile a nonland permanent they control. Whenever an opponent exiles a land, you may draw a card, once per turn. At the beginning of each opponent’s upkeep, create a 1/1 white Byrgenwerth Scholar token under their control if they paid {2}, or a 1/1 black Mensis Scholar token if they didn’t. Tokens lose all abilities and gain:
"When this dies, its controller gains 1 life" (Byrgenwerth Scholar)
"When this dies, it deals 1 damage to its controller" (Mensis Scholar)
