Whenever you cast a creature spell, seek a
creature card with lesser mana value, then
put it onto the battlefield.

(Or just Cascade when playing a paper game
with friends, it'll be easier that way. It's still a
cast trigger this way but it speeds the game up
and allows this car to be played at the table.)
