Cacoon

When Cacoon enters the battlefield, attach
it to target creature. That creature gets a
1/1 counter at the end of each turn and does
not untap during it's controller's untap
phase. If that creature's controller casts an instant or sorcery with mana cost X or greater, destroy Cacoon. Where X is equal
to the number of counters on that creature.
