When Cad Bane enters the battlefield, put a
bounty counter on a target creature an
opponent controls.
Bounty - Whenever a creature an opponent
controls with a bounty counter on it dies, untap
all creatures. After this phase, there is an
additional combat phase. This only triggers
once.
