Caduceus Clay

Whenever a creature card is put into an
opponent's graveyard from anywhere, you may
exile it instead. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on Caduceus Clay.
You may tap Caduceus Clay and pay{1}{g}{w}. If
you do, return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand. Activate this ability only
if you have more life than your starting life total.
