Caedus and other non-Elf creatures you control have exploit Elf.

Whenever a creature you control exploits an Elf, create a
number of tapped Treasure tokens equal to the exploited
creature’s mana value.

If you would create one or more Treasure tokens, you may
have any number of other players create any number of
those tokens instead. If you do, you gain 3 life and draw a
card for each opponent that created a token this way.
