Caesaré de Canarvan

Born to the esteemed Count Cyrus and Countess
Dashina de Canarvan of the west, Caesare has
spent most to all of his life isolated from the
outside material plane. His father is more than
happy to send him on quests to the other planes
for him, but never around the Prime; though
recently, this has been laxed, allowing Caesare to
see the world from more than just his window.
