Caesare, the Dream Render

Whenever Caesare, the Dream Render would deal
damage to a player, prevent that damage, and
exile that many cards from the top of that player's
library instead.
You may cast spells exiled with Caesare, the
Dream Render, and you may spend mana as
though it were mana of any type to cast those
spells.
