Choose two:
• Move any number of oil counters from a
permanent you control to another target permanent.
• Proliferate.
• Target creature gets -1/-1 for each oil counter
on it until end of turn.
{bull} Remove one oil counter from any number of permanents you control. Draw a card and
lose 1 life for each counter removed this way.
