This will be on your board. Pick any turn to use this. Once used, discard it. Count the turns, if it's your 1-5th turn, discard one of your opponents cards and negate any effects negating the card. Anything above those turns and you may nullify all effects given by your opponent for how many cards you sacrifice from your deck. 1 card = 1 turn your opponent may not use any effects.
