Call Lightning

Duration: 10 Minutes, Concentration
A storm cloud appears that is 10 ft. tall, with a 60
ft. radius. You must be outdoors. When you cast
the spell, a bolt of lightning strikes the ground
and each creature within 5 ft. must make a Dex-
Save. A creature takes 3d10 lightning damage on
a fail or half half on a success. You can use your
action to call down lightning every turn. In
stormy weather the damage increases by 1d10.
At higher levels: Each additional spell slot
increases the damage
