Call Lightning

When Call Lightning comes into play or during
your upkeep roll a D20. If you control Druid
Class enchantment roll D20 during any players
upkeep instead.
1-16 | Nothing Happens.
17-19 | Target creature takes 5 damage.
20 | Target creature takes D20 damage. If
opponent has no creatures they take the
damage instead.
