Cylindrical 10 x 60 cloud appears 100 ft. above
you. When cast, choose a point you can see
within range. Each creature within 5 ft. of the
point makes a Dex save. If they fail, they take
3d10 lighting damage or half on a success. On
each of your turns until the spell ends, you can
use your action to call down lighting again. If
you are outdoors in stormy conditions, the spell's damage increases by 1d10.
Damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level
above 3rd.
