Call Lightning

A storm cloud appears that is 10 ft tall, with a 60
ft radius. You must be outdoors. When you cast
the spell, a bolt of lightning strikes the ground
and each creature within 5 ft must make a Dex
save. A creature takes 3d10 lightning damage on
a fail, or half on a success. You can use your
action to call down lightning every turn. In
stormy weather, the damage increases by 1d10.
