Call of the Depths

Whenever a creature or artifact you control
becomes tapped put an Dive Counter on Call of
the Depths.
When Call of the Depths has 15 or more Dive Counters on it sacrifice it, then search your
library for a permanent card and put it into your
hand, then shuffle your library.
Edgar devoted almost all the Sovereignty's efforts
towards finding the artifact.
