Call of the Harvest

During your upkeep, if you don't have the
city's blessing, search your library for two
basic lands, put them on the battlefield tapped, shuffle your library, then end your
turn.
Ascend (If you control ten or more permanents, you get the city's blessing for the rest
of the game.)
