can't attack you.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, he may
remove one Diplomacy counter from
a creature he controsl. If he does, you draw a card.
{u}{u}, {t}: Draw a card and target other player
draws two cards. Put a Diplomacy counter on
target creature that player controls.
