Benign I: Place X cell counters on Cancerous Diagnosis, where X is the number of +1/+1
counters on the battlefield.
Metastatic II: Distribute all cell counters between any creatures on the battlefield. A creature with cell counters gains a +{x} to its mana activated abilities, where {x} is equal to the amount of cell counters.
Malignant III: Any creature with at least one cell counter on it dies when thi
