Candle of Inversion

With a magic word, the Candle of Inversion
can be lit or extinguished. When lit, the candle emits a 20 foot radius of magical darkness per the Darkness spell.
The candle can produce 1 total hour of magical darkness per day. Each night or at
the end of a long rest, the candle regenerates to its full length and usage.
