Candle Stealer

Bellist: a sigil which causes a card to create
chimes on each empty adjacent space when it is
played. If an adjacent space is occupied, then a
chime is not created there. If a chime created by
this creature is defeated by a direct hit, its
attacker is immediately struck by this creature.
This trait is not retained if this sigil is transferred
to another card.
