Cantepult

Choose a creature you control. Add a counter to
it and put it on target player's battlefield, then
deal X damage to that player, or to a creature or
planeswalker they control, where X is equal to
the creature's power plus its toughness plus its
converted mana cost. On that player's next end
step, remove the creature's counter and exile it.
