Cape Clips of Copious Daggers

These cape clips have 6 charges (3 each), which they regain at dawn. When a creature wearing the clips attacks, they can expend a charge to create a dagger from them which they can use for the attack. These daggers disappear after one minute, or after one round if the creature is no longer touching them.
