Cape of the Mountebank
Requires attunement.
While wearing this cape, your spell save DC creatures make to
reduce or ignore the effects of
your spells is increased by 1. Twice per long rest,
when 1st, 2nd, or 3rd level spell is cast that
targets you or an ally, the cape may instead absorb
that spell for later casting assuming you have spell level to cast
the spell. Only one spell may be
stored in the cape at a time. An unused absorbed
spell fizzles during a long rest.
