Captain Claus, Pirate Overlord

When "Captain Claus, Pirate Overlord" enters the battlefield or attacks, each player gives the top card of their tack to the turn player (without looking.) The turn player, then gives 1 card to each player. Each player then exiles the card they received. These cards can be cast as long as the remain in exile, and mana may be used as if it were any type to cast them
