When Captain Dynamo Bolt enters the
battlefield, exile cards from the top of target
opponent's library equal to the number of Pirates
you control. You may return a card exiled by this
effect to its owner's hand. If you do, create X
1/1 blue and red Cyborg Pirate creature tokens,
where X is the returned card's mana cost.
