Time Anomaly — At the beginning of your
upkeep, if Captain Jack is in your graveyard, you
may choose a card you own in exile and add
4 Time counters to it. If you do, return Captain-
Jack to the battlefield tapped.
Vortex Manipulator — Choose a card you own in
exile and remove any number of Time counters
from it. Captain Jack deals X damage to you,
where X is twice the number of time counters
you removed.
