When Captain Obvious, Mistake Fixer leaves the
battlefield, return it to the battlefield under its
owner's control. The owner then smacks the
source of the original removal effect with a
rolled-up newspaper while sternly saying "No!"
Captain Obvious, Mistake Fixer may not be the
target of spells, abilities, or counters which would
change its power and/or toughness.

Apocalypse. It's controller loses the game
and apologizes to all other players.
