Eminece Whenever an opponent would play or
draw more then one card during each turn put
a Planetary Counter on Captain Planet.
Non basic landwalk, Indestructible
Planetary Counters remain on Captain Planet as it moves to any zone.
When Captain Planet has 20 or more Planetary Counter it gains +15/15, hexproof and can only
attack a player with the most permanents or cards in hand.
