Eminence- Clones you control get +1/+1 for each General, Captain, and Commander you control.

Whenever Rex or a Clone you control deal damage, put a Strategy counter on Rex. You may remove three Strategy counters from Rex at any time. If you do, counter target spell or destroy target artifact with mana value 3 or greater. If you remove five counters, you may do both instead.
