when captain winters enters the battlefield flip a
coin, an oponent will call heads or tails,
if it is the call, create 5-1/4 SWAT shield tokens,
if it isnt the call, make 10-1/4 SWAT shield tokens,
{2}{t} make 2, 1/4 SWAT sheild tokens,
only do this if there are no SWAT shield
tokens on the battlefield
