At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player draws a card. If that card is a land, that player immediately plays it, and you create two Crypt Tokens. If that card is an instant or sorcery, you gain 2 life.
Otherwise, remove a Time Counter on target permanent you control. If you cannot do this, sacrifice this card.
