Card Games

When Card Games enters the battlefield, each player shuffles their hand and graveyard into their library, then draws seven cards.
Each player may only cast one spell a turn and can only cast spells during their turn.
At the beginning of each player's end step, if that player has no cards left in hand, they win the game.
