attack by throwing a spectral card up to 120' using DEX
for the attack roll. Deals 1d8 force damage on a hit.
Spray of Cards: As an action, use the deck to cast at 3rd
level (DEX 15 save - 2d10 force in 15' cone). Once cast,
the spell cannot be cast again until the next dawn.
The cards of this deck shimmer around the edges.
