When Caretaker Ox enters the battlefield, create a 0/4 white ox creature token for each ox in your hand and graveyard, then search your library for a basic plains for each ox you control, and place them on the battlefield tapped.
When Caretaker Ox dies, each ox on the battlefield gets +0/+4.
